Rental Policies and General Information
Our home is fully furnished. Bed linens and towels are provided, but please bring your own beach towels.

The kitchen is equipped with coffee maker, waffle iron, vitamixer/ blender, hotair popcorn popper, large roasting pan suitable for a small turkey, microwave, utensils and cookware.

There is a gas grill BBQ and a cute Vermont Castings wood stove for chilly nights.

There are three bicycles available for your enjoyment, a TV, DVD Player, Stereo with CD Player, another TV with VCR and children's video tapes.

Minimum stay is two nights except the Summer months of July and August and Holidays have a three night minimum stay.

Your Security Deposit is refundable after departure, upon satisfactory condition of the home.

The Cleaning Fee is non-refundable. This covers routine cleaning after a guest departs. Cleaning kitchens, baths, vacuuming, and bed linen changes

Parking inside the garage is available for 1 car and driveway parking for 2 to 3 additonal cars

Payment Policies
To secure a reservation, a Booking Deposit is required within 7 days of booking. The Booking Deposit consists of 1/2 the total rental amount. Rental balance plus cleaning fee is due 14 days prior to arrival along with the refundable security deposit. The security deposit will be collected via a separate check or credit card charge to facilitate the speedy return after your departure.

We accept Visa and Mastercard and personal checks.

The Security Deposit of $200 is fully refundable within 10 days after departure providing there is no damage, inventory missing, undeclared pets, or excessive cleaning required in the home after departure.

A refundable pet security deposit of $50 is required if prior arrangments to allow a pet have been made. Part of the pet deposit may be retained for cleaning due to pets with excessive hair. Pets must be kept on a leash, never left in the home unattended, and not allowed on furniture. All outside droppings must be cleaned up.

Cancellation Policy
Booking Deposit is subject to forfeiture if reservation is cancelled or changed within:

14 days of arrival in the Summer months of July and August

7 days of arrival for all other months

If the house is fully rebooked by another renter, the Booking Deposit will be gladly refunded. Reservation cancellation fee is $25

Check-In
Check-in is 2:00 PM Check-out is 11:00 AM. We may be flexible if special arrangements are made in advance, subject to bookings.
